Raised on a Kansas cattle farm, Clint Meyer had no idea that his journey would lead him across the world, bringing authentic Texas-style BBQ to Europe. Inspired by two years working in Austin, where he fell in love with the art of low-and-slow smoking, Clint moved to Prague in 2008 and began smoking meat in his backyard, sparking a passion that would turn into BBQ Europe.
