At BBQ Europe s.r.o., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery of your order.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. Items that have been assembled, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.
To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact our customer service team at sales@bbqeurope.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received your RMA number, please ship the item(s) back to us at the address provided. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the item(s) and will be credited to the original method of payment.
Please note that special order items, custom-made items, and perishable items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
This policy is in compliance with EU Consumer Sales Regulations.
Orders paid with Paypal and cancelled before shipment will be refunded minus a 4% cancellation fee. This is due to Paypal’s failure to return payment processing fees to sellers for cancelled orders.
Other payment methods will be fully refunded upon cancellation.

2.1. We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. Payment must be completed before the order is processed.
